Two were killed and three were wounded in a scuffle among supporters of rival sibling politicians from the Estino clan. The two politicians’ supporters figured in an encounter before entering Polling Center ID 45903 at Barangay Tiptipan, Panglima Estino, Sulu around 6:00 in the morning today.
