A barangay captain in Pandami, Sulu was seen directly engaging in vote buying on the evening of May 3, Tuesday, in a report submitted to Kontra Daya.

In the report, a video (1, 2) of the barangay captain of Brgy. Manubol is seen doing a roll call of registered voters in the area while giving out an envelope to each one. Based on the photos accompanying the report sent to Kontra Daya, the white envelope contained 1,200 pesos in cash, together with the names and numbers of candidates.
