Some voters in Brgy. Krus na Ligas, Quezon City were surprised to see signatures already appended to their names in the voters list—before they even got the chance to cast their vote.

In Krus na Ligas High School, cluster precinct 818, a certain Charlie Garrido was unable to vote upon discovering that his name in the voter’s list was already signed.

The incident was recorded with the local Board of Election Inspectors (BEI) and reported to Kontra Daya.
