As of noon today, a majority of voters in Lipa City reportedly have yet to cast their votes due to a power outage. According to BAYAN-Southern Tagalog, a reported 80% of Lipa City precincts have no electricity supply since 9:00 this morning.

There have also been reports of PCOS machines jamming and rejecting ballots throughout the city.
