In Marikina City, a poll watcher of the PPCRV in clustered precinct 197 (Capitan Moy Elem School) was seen supporting the election inspectors in handing out ballots to voters and assisting voters.

Pasig

PCOS machine malfunctioned in clustered precinct 232 Napico Elementary School, Barangay Manggahan, Pasig City.  The BEI chairman was seen feeding the ballots in the machine and usually the ballots are fed twice before they are successfully accepted.

Taguig

No electricity was reported in R.P. Cruz elementary school in Taguig, Lower Bicutan prompting voting to be temporarily halted around 10 am.  Voting resumed at 11am.
