Electoral fraud watchdog Kontra Daya notes more PCOS machine woes as the election progresses, this time in the northern Mindanao region.

Kontra Daya volunteers sent in reports of non-functioning PCOS machines servicing polling precincts number 0005-A, 0005-B, 0006-A, 0007-A and 0007-B in Barangay Balangasan Elementary School, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.

This report came shortly after earlier news of PCOS machine woes in Metro Manila and Southern Tagalog broke out. ###
