Kontra Daya reported that the PCOS machine servicing clustered precinct 192 in SSS Elementary School, Brgy. Concepcion, Marikina is malfunctioning.

The machines are expected to be replaced by this afternoon, field updates say. The local COMELEC will reportedly resort to manual counting if the machines could not be replaced. ###
