Atleast three PCOS machines reportedly malfunctioned in Corazon Aquino Elementary School in Batasan Hills in Quezon City.

Kontra Daya reports that the PCOS machine in Precinct no. 1452 broke down after receiving a number of ballots. In Precinct no. 1461, the PCOS machine rejected ballots. Another precinct reported that its PCOS was not able to function. #
