The PCOS machine servicing clustered precinct no. 796 in Ramon Magsaysay High School in Manila has experienced an error and can not read ballots, Kontra Daya reports.

Kontra Daya volunteers noted that technicians have so far been unable to fix the problem, raising the possibility that manual voting might be resorted to.

Ramon Magsaysay High School has around 17,000 registered voters and covers 28 clustered precincts. ###
