PCOS machine breakdowns were reported in precinct 4943-A of Dona Josefa High School in Barangay Tatalon this noon, according to multiple reports reaching poll watchdog Kontra Daya.

Voting was stalled due to the machine error with BEIs just collecting the shaded ballots while waiting for PCOS technicians to arrive.

In the nearby District 4 of Barangay Pinyahan, three PCOS machines are also reported to have not been working. ###
