Kontra Daya field monitors reported transmission failure using Globe sim card at Clustered Precinct 13, San Roque Elementary School, Brgy. San Roque Marikina City. Transmission delays were also monitored in Clustered Precinct #263, 265, 266,267,268 in Pres. Corazon Aquino Elementary School, Batasan Quezon City due to absence of modem of the PCOS.

The printing of the election return (ER) of Clustered Precinct 201 in Manggahan Elementary School, Brgy Manggahan, District 2, Pasig City was delayed due to some technical problems.

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV), the citizen armed accredited by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) barred Kontra Daya volunteers and other legitimate watchdog groups inside the polling center to observe the transmition. ###
