In violation of election rules, supporters of several candidates trooped to polling centers distributing campaign materials in various precincts. As early as 6am, supporters of local candidates were seen distributing flyers near the Baganga Central School in Baganga, Davao Oriental, according to a report reaching Kontra Daya.
