We, as Kontra Daya, unite with a shared vision to promote clean, peaceful, and democratic elections. We acknowledge our duty to expose and challenge the current corrupt electoral system. For too long, corruption, violence, and deceit have plagued our elections, eroding the trust of the people and undermining the foundations of our vision for a democratic society. We stand today as one, committed to continue to advocate for the abolition of the current automated election system and call for the adoption of a hybrid election system.

We believe that the right to vote is a fundamental human right, and that every citizen deserves to have their voice heard in the democratic process. We believe that elections should be free from corruption, manipulation, and coercion, and that every vote should be counted accurately and transparently. We believe that our collective action can bring about meaningful change.

Our vision is one of a clean, transparent, and accountable electoral system that truly reflects the will of the people. We will expose corrupt practices, including vote-buying, voter suppression and intimidation, disinformation, and electoral fraud, and work to hold those responsible accountable, whether they are individuals, political parties, entrenched dynasties, or institutions.

We will continue the call to abolish the current automated election system and call for the adoption of a hybrid election system —combining manual counting and tallying with electronic transmission. We will promote voter education and civic engagement to empower citizens to participate fully in the democratic process.

We invite you to join us in this movement for clean, peaceful, and democratic elections. We ask you to support organizations and initiatives that are working towards electoral reform, join us in peaceful protests, rallies, and advocacy campaigns to demand a better electoral system, and for accountability from our leaders and institutions.

We believe in the power of the people to bring about change. We reaffirm our commitment to clean, peaceful, and democratic elections. Our collective action, vigilance, and the strength of our conviction, will be a bridge that will help transform our electoral system and challenge the forces of corruption that threaten our struggle for democracy.
