4-29-10, 7:16 am – Five ballots have been cast as of now.

Daniel Razon of UNTV participated in the Comelec’s mock elections simulating actual election day conditions. He over-voted for one of the positions and his ballot was rejected. Normally, it should not be a cause for rejecting ballots.

The ballot’s bar code appears to be defective.

The voting is now held up because Mr. Razon has complained with the BEI. All attention is now focused on the argument that ensued.

7:24 am – Mr. Razon has left the precinct. Voting has resumed.
