Several precincts in Masbate experienced problems with PCOS machines, according to reports from Kontra Daya.

Among the areas with defective PCOS machines are the following: Bgy. T.R. Yangco in Dimasalang, where the PCOS rejected ballots; and Bgy. Domorog, Esperanza, and F. Magallanes where the machines did not work in several precincts.

Voters also reported long lines, faulty felt-tip pens and insufficient indelible ink in Bgy Domorog.
