PCOS failure in Pagadian City

The PCOS machine in Polling Center ID 62712 at Bgy. Balangasan Elementary School, in Pagadian City, covering precinct numbers 0005a, 0005b, 0006a, 0007a, and 0007b, malfunctioned twice this morning, first at 9:28 am then at 10:30 am. Voting was temporarily suspended.
