In Basilan town, pre-shaded ballots and chosen voters

The anti-fraud group Kontra Daya has received information on fraud committed during the May 10 elections in one of the island municipalities in Basilan.

The area is a recently created municipality with no electricity and with weak cellular phone signals.

In Makati high school, machine and manual counts tally

At the Brgy. Sta. Cruz/Benitez Elementary School in Makati City, a PCOS machine was tested with 10 ballots, one of which was spoiled. The machine recorded the votes on all nine valid ballots, its count tallying with the manual count.

Negros Occidental Provincial Comelec held a meeting this morning among the Board of Election Inspectors, and PPCRV with instructions not to deploy the PCOS machines in the warehouse and to recall all PCOS machines deployed in the polling centers.
